The information in the course was presented in a very dry format. The inclusion of videos or more interactive elements would help the information to be processed more organically and keep the student's attention.
Additionally, there's no repetition - once an acronym is introduced, it's almost never rexplained again. Repitition can help a student internalize unfamiliar acronyms (which is a huge part of this course) more organically without constantly flipping back to previous sections.
One of the final projects includes a network diagram and prompts the student to edit it, but the course does not provide any means of doing so, which would require the student to basically recreate the diagram entirely using some 3rd party resource of their choice. Personally, I just skipped the diagram entirely as a result. Including some means of manipulating the diagram or providing a link to a tool that enables editing of the diagram would be really helpful.
